About us
With over 25 years in construction design, and nearly 20 years within the roofing and cladding industry, Mardon Design Ltd was established in 2014 to serve growing requests from roofing and cladding sub-contractors, to fulfil their design and scheduling requirements upon new and refurb projects. We are based in the Southwest and able to provide our services nationwide.
EXPERIeNCE
We have designed and design managed new and refurb sub contracted projects ranging from £50K up to £1.4M on projects worth anything from £250K to £12M for the main contractor.
Projects have included Motor Dealerships, Supermarkets, Leisure Centres, Hospitals and Schools along with many office and commercial units for large independent businesses and domestic properties.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Production of roofing & cladding detailed design
drawings for approval, construction issue and as builts.
Attending pre start and design team meetings to contribute to steelwork
setting out and co-ordination of abutting elements to suit the cladding design.
Attending site to perform site measure (mainly refurb project).
Production of Fabrication details for bespoke PPC and Rainscreen elements .
Production of full material and flashing schedules for ordering purposes.
